• Telegram users can instantly buy Bitcoin and Ethereum with their bank card via the Broxus bot

Telegram is an instant messenger platform that has hundreds of millions of daily active users, and now any Telegram user can instantly buy Bitcoin and Ethereum via the Broxus Bot.

The Broxus Bot has been created by fiat gateway infrastructure provider Simplex and crypto wallet provider Broxus. Users do not need to create an account, they simply query the Broxus Bot and enter in how much crypto they want to buy, and then users enter in their bank card info for each transaction. It seems like transaction limits are quite high, at USD 20,000 per transaction, and Visa and MasterCard are accepted.

This technology has the potential to make crypto more accessible for the masses, since anyone can download Telegram for free, and users only need to enter in their bank card info to use this service rather than go through an intensive know your customer (KYC) process.

Apparently the Broxus Bot is not the first crypto exchange service on Telegram. Button Wallet also allows users to buy crypto via Telegram, but the Broxus bot team claims that their service is far more advanced.
